Description: Ray loves being average.  It means that he can do a lot of things, maybe not everything extremely well, but enough to hang in.  And that makes for an incredible life of adventure as he learns from the experts and has a wide variety of experiences and friendships.  He loves learning and and being with people who are ready for adventure.

How he came to Northbridge: Ray is the founding pastor of Northbridge Church.

Passions: Time with his family, running (not as fast as his friends), mountain bike racing, reading, anything with a motor that goes fast, riding his Harley, and more time with his family.

Family: Ray is married to Grace and they have four children.
