People are our heart
We are All relationally connected to one another and to God. Our heart is for ALL people. All people are loved by Jesus. We make no apologies for being specifically focused on reaching those far away from God. We desire to bring the broken home at all costs.
Courageous generosity is our privilege
We are generous because our God is a generous God. We give not out of an effort to repay God for we never could repay the debt we owe. We are generous to reflect the nature and character of God. We see God’s overflow to us most clearly in Jesus.
Grace is how we navigate
There are no perfect people here so how we navigate is to give grace generously to one another. The grace we have to give comes from Jesus. Jesus’ grace toward us is a supply that is endless.
Servant Leadership is our identity
Every leader is a servant first. “If you're too big to serve then you are too small to lead.” We believe the greatest leadership is service to others. From the parking lot to the pulpit, everyone serves. Every role is different but they are all important.
Excellence is our spirit
We may not always have the best, but we are going to do the best with what we have. We're on time, engaged and prepared. We don't do things half-way. If we're gonna do it, it's to the best of our ability.
Joy-pursuing is our passion
Everything we do, we do for and from the joy we have in Jesus. Jesus is our joy. We are passionate for the worship of Jesus joyfully in everything we do.
God’s Word is our message
We unapologetically speak and teach directly from the Bible book by book, chapter by chapter, line by line. God’s Word is the only word that will continue to be heard in an age of overwhelming opinion. The Word of God preached is the cener of our gathering and the message of Jesus is the only message that will transform our lives, families and community.
Honor is our calling
We are vocal with our honor, meaning we are not stingy with our words. We joyfully submit to leadership God has placed over us and are thankful for spiritual authority. Our honor moves multiple directions. Northbridge leaders honor those God has placed in their care. To one another, we attempt to outdo each other in showing honor.
Simplicity is our rest
Busyness is not a badge of honor for us. We believe that God creates both purpose and margin in his plan for our lives. We live with purpose and mission and know that God is in control. We work hard but we are not called to do it all, so we rest. We celebrate. We live at peace with one another.
