Kyle Floyd
Kyle Floyd serves as the teaching pastor of Northbridge Church. Raised in a Christian home, he committed his life to Christ at 18. After graduating college in 2007, he married his wife Brittney and stepped into pastoral ministry. Together they are raising their two daughters, Addyson and Mackenzie. In his free time, you can find Kyle reading a good book, cheering on the Red Wings, cruising in a cool ride, or spending time with family. With a passion for equipping believers, strengthening families, and cultivating biblical worship, Kyle is committed to building up the body of Christ, to the glory of God.

Cody Collmenter
Cody and his wife Stephanie were high school sweethearts who got married and moved to Kalamazoo in 2010 after graduating college and starting a new job as a project manager for a commercial painting company. They joined Northbridge in 2011 as members and began to grow in the life of the church. His passion has always been serving the church in any way he can. Over the years, he has served as a deacon, youth group leader, elder, director of operations and currently as the executive pastor.
Cody enjoys DIY projects, trying ANYTHING new at least once, and spending time with his wife and three children.

Jon Cramer
Jon grew up in Plainwell and was blessed to have been brought up in a faithful Christian home. He has been leading worship for over twenty years. God works in mysterious ways - Jon met his wife Stephanie in the living room of his parents' home during a Northbridge small group Bible study. They have called Northbridge their church home since 2014. Jon and Stephanie have two boys and love spending time outside as a family.
Jon enjoys playing and writing music, traveling, and serving others. He is grateful for his Northbridge family and the growth he continually experiences with them.
